Siobhan Magnus and new band Doubtful Guest (90s Rock Rebooted) launch their Kickstarter project this weekend. The band which features former members of: Third Eye Blind- Guitarist Tony Fredianelli, Everclear – Bass man Sammy Hudson, Godsmack – Drummer Tommy Stewart, Candlebox – Guitarist Peter Klett and Lead Vocalist Siobhan. The band will present 90s hits from their former bands along with favorite 90s songs to be selected with input by fans and followers.
The Kickstarter project is aimed at funding a showcase for the new band in Nashville on March 27th and shooting a live performance video that night. The video is being offered along with meet and greet passes and other incentives for pledges on Kickstarter.
The band plans to tour this summer and throughout the next year.
The project is being co-managed by Tony Raine and Kevin Lee of UEG Management who hope the showcase will bring the 90s concept show to the attention of music industry agents in Nashville and internationally.

OTHER NEWS: “OLD CAPE COD” RELEASE TO ESTABLISH UNITED WAY FUND.
On February 28th prior to heading to Nashville to work on the Doubtful Guest project Siobhan releases a commemorative vinyl 45rpm record!!! Her version of the Patti Page classic “Old Cape Cod” recorded last fall will feature her original “anti-bullying” theme “Pure Inspiration” on the B-side. Only 500 copies of the recording are being pressed and will be available exclusively at Puritan stores on Cape Cod.
The release date coincides with Patti Page Day on Cape Cod, Feb 28th.
Siobhan will be signing and selling copies of the record at Puritan on Main St in Hyannis from 1pm that day. The records will be signed and personalized and proceeds will be given to Cape and Islands United Way to establish the Siobhan Magnus Challenge Day fund, monies which will help bring the Challenge Day program to Cape Cod schools.
Siobhan was a part of Challenge Day in high school and feels that this program is an integral part of developing anti-bullying sentiment in schools.
